ResidencyPrograms.io was founded by a team of board-certified US physicians and experienced software engineers who have personally navigated the ERAS residency application process. We saw first-hand how much research, time and money it takes to match into a residency program, and we knew there should be a better way.

Program data is refreshed several times during each application cycle from public program information and match outcomes. Explore programs by specialty.
Program data comes from these sources, combined by one automated pipeline.
Programs are identified by their ACGME program code. Guides use the AAMC's published ERAS statistics and signal reports.
The pipeline downloads each source, compares the result with what is already on the site and produces a list of changes. A person reviews that list and approves, revises or rejects it. Nothing is published until it is approved.
The date shown on the home page, specialty pages and program pages is the date of the last approved update: October 11, 2026.
